Refund policy

Notice:
Please read our refund policy carefully and understand us as best you can.

You can return the product and request a refund or exchange by contacting us within 3 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs incurred.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at contact@calsea.store. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and correct it.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
